Alumatec was founded in 2008 by former employees from a rival door manufacturing company. We decided to come together and start a business utilizing our combined 50+ years of door experience to design, fabricate and offer the highest quality doors in the US market.
Alumatec offers the industry’s fastest 3-day lead-time from order to fabrication and shipping.
Alumatec has taken a different approach to the rolling and side-folding door industry. Instead of focusing on cheap, inexpensive designs, and profiting from the service revenue that follows after only a few years of use, Alumatec designs and builds the highest quality roll-up and side-folding doors available in the US market. Alumatec’s doors are designed to last far beyond our competitors’ products. Our goal is to insure every client is completely satisfied with their new door, and that their new Alumatec door will last far beyond their expectations.

Roll-up (open pattern) grilles work best in storefronts that are under 30 feet wide, or in parking spaces that require airflow to vent engine exhaust.
Side-folding accordion doors work best on larger openings 30 feet plus, or when the storefront includes curves. Sliding gates are typically the least expensive way to secure a large opening.
Small shutter (LIGO or PFC) work best on counter top applications, or when headroom is limited.
